- Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Only new unused clothing can be returned/exchanged.
- Shipping fees are not refunded. Any return that qualified for free shipping, will receive a credit minus the actual shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
- Items must be free of an odors. Items containing cigarette smoke orders will not be eligible for a refund.
- An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
- Item was marked as a Clearance. All clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.
- Item was refused upon delivery.
- Item was a customized/personalized design.
We will be happy to accept your exchange as long as it conforms to the criteria above.. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be required to ship the product back to us. Once the item is received, we will contact you to make payment for the return shipping charges to ship the new items out to you. If the item you are exchanging for costs more than your original order, we will also collect the balance due before we ship.
