Yes! If you want a specific photo drawn, please add it to the first upload portion (my favorite photo). Leave instructions in the notes emphasizing that this is the preferred reference. We recommend selecting a high-quality image that captures your pet's features well. Clear and well-lit photos taken at eye level usually yield the best results.

You can leave special requests or instructions in the "Notes" section during the ordering process. Our artist will do her best to incorporate your requests while maintaining the unique style of each option. If we have any concerns, we will reach out via the email provided.

Yes, we send a proof for your approval before the final. After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a preview of the artwork within a week (unless otherwise noted). This allows you to review and ensure that you're completely satisfied with the design. We want to make sure it captures the essence of your beloved pet perfectly. Once you give the green light, we'll proceed with printing and carefully package your custom pet portrait for safe delivery to your doorstep.

We currently only offer single-pet portraits. Each portrait focuses on capturing the unique personality of a single pet. You'll need to place a new order for each additional pet.
