Exchange/Return Policy

EXCHANGES

For US residents, you may exchange most new, unused clothing, within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out this exchange form. Once we receive the item(s), we will send out your replacement. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. 

We are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping fees of items sent back to us.  We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments will be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. 

An order can only be exchanged once.

RETURNS

We'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund. Please know that we don't send out return shipping labels and that your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please download and print this form (https://inkopio.us/return-form) and send your shirt back to the address on the form. Once we receive the return, please allow 1-3 days for your refund to be applied.

Mystery Grab Bags are not returnable. Custom Pet Portraits are not eligible for refunds once a drawing has been started.

Requirements:

  • Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Only new unused clothing can be exchanged.
  • Original Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.  

ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:

  • The item was already exchanged 
  • Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
  • Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Item was marked as Clearance - all clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.
  • Item was refused upon delivery.
  • Item was a customized/personalized design.

These policies are only valid for purchases made on Inkopious.com. Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, Jane have their own return policies which are stated on the respected websites.

 

Jane.com and Etsy.com Orders

For Jane.com and Etsy orders, we do not offer free exchanges. If you purchased on Jane.com or Etsy you must contact us to request an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us, we will not provide a return shipping label or reimbursement for shipping charges. Once we receive the item being exchanged, we will email you to pay for the return shipping charge. 

Orders are limited to 1 discount code/coupon. Discounts cannot be combined.
