I wrote to you with pictures and information that the two mugs we ordered were not Packed properly and arrived broken. I was told to expect replacement items but I have received nothing. Please have someone contact me asap. Thx Lisa
I never received my items that I ordered. The post office showed my order was delivered, but I never received the package on my property or in my mailbox. I immediately contacted customer service who told me to make sure I look around my property for the package. I replied and Despite multiple additional attempts to get with customer service to make it right, I still have not heard back on what to do next or gotten a refund for the items. I’m so disappointed because I was really excited to get this and it was a present for my wife before she headed out of town for 6 weeks on a business trip. Now she’s gone and I wasn’t able to get it to her. :(
